Founded by Doug "Smash" Yurovich, PhD, Colonel USMC(Ret).  ACE, LLC consults on the experience and the training gathered during Dr. Yurovich's career as an Aviator in the Marine Corps. "Smash" was an award winning Test Pilot, Fighter Pilot, TOPGUN graduate, Weapons and Tactics Instructor, attending Senior Safety School and Commander of Carrier Air Wing 9. He is also a current CFII and MEI.
